Further, we will be happy to help you Foreclose on any Deed to Secure Debt which you may hold where the mortgagor has become delinquent in their payments.

WILLS & ESTATES:

Farrar & Hennesy will be happy to prepare your Last Will & Testament. If we find your needs exceed our expertise, we will supply you with other Attorneys who may have more qualifications in the areas of Wills and Trusts. Farrar & Hennesy is also qualified to help your family at the time when a family member is deceased. We can advise you on what would be the most appropriate type of Probate for your deceased family member in the State of Georgia.

SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY:

Social Security Disability is a government insurance program in which most people participate. If you are disabled, you may be entitled to receive disability benefits.
